Inclusivity means Everyone

We believe that true inclusivity is the six band rainbow, honouring our history and identities inherently. with the bands symbolising Sex, Life, Healing, Sunlight, Nature, Magic/Art, Serenity, Spirit. By being selective in who we put on the flag, we do a diservice to the whole community, who still are excluded or marginalised. Women represent 51% of the population and face misogyny and violence, the 20% who are differently abled, the 30% over 50 years old, in a community that sufferer greater levels of ableism and ageism than the straight community, just as the 25%+ Black and other ethnic minority parts of our community face racisim and xenophobia.

If you are serious about inclusivity, then represent all on our flag, or appreciate like we do, that the rainbow flag was an inspiration, deviod of preference, symbolic of placing ALL LGBTQ+ under it's protecting arch, alienating none.

Our badge is there to show that the many variations of the Progress flag are not truly inclusive and create divisions within the community, failing to address issues that affect significant sections of our community.

Size: 38mm (1.5") square badge.
